Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Zenzi Arcade ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit zenzi.online (the "Site") and play the browser games hosted on it. We have deliberately kept this policy readable and specific rather than legalistic. We are a small, independent games publisher, and our data practices are correspondingly small: we do not run our own analytics collection, we do not require accounts, and we do not ask you for personal information in order to play.
1. Information We Collect Directly
We do not collect personal information from players. You can browse and play every game on this Site without an account and without giving us your name, email address, or any other identifying detail. The only technical storage our own code performs is:
-
Local gameplay preferences. Games such as Orbital Drift store your best
score in your browser's
localStorage. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings. - Server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically records request logs containing your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page, and the time of the request. These logs are used solely for security and basic diagnostics, are retained for no more than 30 days, and are not used to profile you for advertising purposes.
2. Advertising and the Google DoubleClick DART Cookie
We fund the Site through advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies. Google enables cookies to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the internet. Specifically: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
- The DoubleClick DART cookie. Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
- Consent before personalized ads. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where consent is required, personalized advertising cookies are only set after you have explicitly opted in through our consent prompt. If you decline, only non-personalized, contextually matched ads are shown.
- Accidental-click prevention. All ad units are placed away from game canvases and interactive elements with enforced margins, and we never use interstitial, pop-up, or auto-playing video formats over gameplay.
For more about how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps, see Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page.
3. GDPR — Rights of European Union Visitors
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to your personal data, including data processed on our behalf by advertising partners such as Google.
- Lawful basis. Personalized advertising is processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Non-personalized advertising and essential site operation rely on legitimate interests in keeping the Site free and functional.
- Your rights. You may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of processing of your personal data; object to processing; request portability of data we hold; and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
- How to exercise rights. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests concern the advertising cookies described in Section 2. Email privacy@zenzi.online and we will respond within 30 days.
- Data transfers. Data processed by Google and other partners may be transferred to and stored in the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. See Section 5.
4. CCPA — Rights of California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected about them and whether it is sold or shared. We do not sell personal information. To the extent advertising cookies constitute "sharing" under the CCPA, it occurs only with your prior opt-in consent, and you may direct us to stop at any time by emailing privacy@zenzi.online or by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our site footer where present. You will never be charged a different price or denied gameplay for exercising any CCPA right.
5. Third-Party Services and International Transfers
Our advertising partner, Google, is a data controller and processor for the cookies it sets under its own Google Privacy Policy. Because Google operates internationally, data it processes may be transferred to the United States or other countries. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its transfers from the EEA rely on that framework or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Site is a general-audience games portal and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@zenzi.online and we will promptly delete it. Ad units are configured to exclude personalized targeting categories oriented to children.
7. Data Retention and Security
Server logs are retained for at most 30 days. localStorage preferences persist until you clear them. We use HTTPS across the entire Site. Because we collect almost no personal data, our attack surface is deliberately minimal.
8. Your Browser Controls
In addition to the opt-outs in Section 2, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the availability of some advertising-supported features, though the games themselves will continue to work.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact Us
Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy may be sent to privacy@zenzi.online, or by post to the publisher address listed on our contact page. We aim to reply to all privacy correspondence within 30 days.
